Console and API keys
Add a Console admin key. Token Controller reads the Usage and Cost report, per workspace and day. List value is money.

Enterprise plan
Add an Enterprise Analytics API key. The first pull loads the current and previous period.

Close
Token entries and residual add up to the bill. Then a controller closes the period.

Discounts on their own line
On the Enterprise plan the cost report is at list price, with the discount as its own line.
Final figures, then the close
Enterprise figures become final about 30 days after the period ends, so the close of that period waits for them.
Residual, never hidden
Usage no token entry explains, such as chat usage, stays on its own line as residual.
