Integrations · Bills

Reconcile your OpenAI bill with the work behind it.

Token Controller reads your OpenAI bill from the Costs API and checks it against every token entry. Each month closes when the two sides match.

  • Brings inThe bill per period from the Costs API

One key, then every month.

Add the key under Bills in the web app.

  1. 1

    Add an admin key

Under Bills, add an OpenAI admin key. Token Controller reads the Costs API.

  2. 2

    Let the agents report

Codex and any agent on an OpenAI API key report token entries through their doors.

  3. 3

    Close

Token entries and residual add up to the bill. Then a controller closes the period.

Every figure opens to the token entries behind it.

What the close checks.

Every figure says what it is

Billed, a list-price estimate, or an unknown model. Nothing unknown is shown as zero.

Residual, never hidden

Usage no token entry explains stays on its own line as residual.

Corrections after the close

A closed period does not change. A controller posts a signed adjustment instead.
